Direct access to engineers for prompt response and strategic input, without the delays typical of outsourced IT.


2. Fully Managed IT Service Desk

Setup and daily operation of a full-service IT helpdesk covering the whole Resilium team. Resolution of day-to-day technical issues, ensuring staff productivity remained uninterrupted. Ticketing, escalation handling, and proactive response tracking.


3. Laptop Builds & Deployment

End-to-end laptop configuration, imaging, and deployment tailored to user roles. Setup of key tools, company branding, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 profiles, and custom security policies.


4. Microsoft 365 Management

Full 365 tenant management including user setup, licence provisioning, Teams integration, SharePoint configuration, and Exchange Online management.


5. Cybersecurity & Compliance

Conducted security assessments and provided remediation strategies. Delivered guidance on Cyber Security Plus certification, including gap analysis and readiness planning. Implemented endpoint protection, firewall configuration, VPN access, and multi-factor authentication.


6. Staff Onboarding & Offboarding

Streamlined onboarding process with setup of email accounts, permissions, software access, and secure device provisioning. Offboarding with secure data removal, license reallocation, and account revocation.


7. IT Strategy & Consultancy

Advised the Resilium leadership team on scaling their technology infrastructure in line with business growth. Roadmapping and budgeting for future tech needs including hardware, licensing, and compliance.
